Freedom of Information Act

 From 1st January 2009, it is the duty of every public authority to maintain a publication scheme.

 The information below is a list of information available from Farcet Parish Council under this scheme.

 If you require any of the following please contact the Clerk, Emma Tajer on 01733 234542 who will give you a price and arrange for the documents to be sent to you.

 Alternatively, where the information is available on the web site for free, log on to www.farcetpc.org.uk. Some of the information can be attached to an e-mail too. This is also free of charge.

 
1. What is the time limit for responding to a request for information?

Farcet Parish Council must inform the applicant in writing whether it holds the
information requested and if so, communicate that information to the applicant,

promptly, but not later than 20 working days after receipt of the request;

2. When does the 20 working day clock start?
 

The 20 working day clock starts:

• the day after Farcet Parish Council receives the request. 
The time limit for compliance is the twentieth working
day following
the date of receipt.
